  • Villous adenoma: 40% nguy cơ ung thư
• Kích thước của polyp:
  • <1 cm =<1% nguy cơ ung thư[6]
  • 1-2 cm=10% nguy cơ ung thư[6]
  • >2 cm=50% nguy cơ ung thư[6]

Thông thường một adenoma lớn hơn so 0.5 cm cần được điều trị
